Kerry is extraordinary and so is her work. She is deeply attuned to subtle energies and weaves many wisdom traditions and healing modalities into her yoga and yoga nidra classes. From Buddhist and shamanic teachings to astrology, poetry and beyond, each session with Kerry is a both a personal and shared journey into greater compassion. 

Kerry is loving and wise, and she creates a nurturing space to deepen our own capacity for love and wisdom. For me, every experience with her is grounding, inspiring and profoundly transformational. I leave each class with new insight and deep gratitude.

Each year and each new class with Kerry improves my life. Her offerings build on each other...yoga, meditation, sound healings, retreats, yoga nidra...they are all coping tools which help me on the journey to mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness. While she has challenged me to do my own work, she serves as a knowledgeable guide along the path. She is continually studying and expanding her training to integrate new methods into her teaching. I am always astounded at her capacity to instruct our bodies at the same time that she is delivering a message to our souls. She brings a calm presence and a sense of safety to each class.  She is inclusive, open minded, and accepting.

I have been taking Kerry’s classes for a little over two years now. Coming into her classes, I know I am in for a fun experience. Her personality really shines throughout the class. She brings out this energy of fun, peace, and empowerment that you quickly absorb. When you walk out of Kerry’s classes you feel so refreshed, empowered, and ready to start your day with no worries. Kerry works well with all level yogis. She gives multiple options for her students and reminds them to practice what makes them comfortable. I always look forward to Kerry’s classes. She is such a wonderful guide and teacher. Kerry has helped me love myself again and I will be forever grateful to her.

I have been taking classes with Kerry for over a year and a half now. In that time I have taken numerous yoga and yoga nidra classes with her and I have gone on one weekend retreat. Kerry is a warm, caring, and compassionate teacher who thoroughly explains poses during yoga class and who creates a safe and nurturing environment for yoga nidra. One thing that I love about Kerry’s classes is she always invites a deeper spiritual or emotional connection to the practice, but also explains the physical benefits of the poses as well. For many years I have experienced intense anxiety, overwhelm, and depression and Kerry’s classes have been a safe space where I have found balance and peace. I currently feel less overtaken by my emotions on a daily basis and I attribute a large part of this to regular practice with Kerry. I would highly recommend classes with Kerry. The benefits are numerous- physical, emotional, and spiritual.
